Your tasks

1. Provide leadership and direction to a team of software developers focused on AWS and .NET technologies.

2. Plan, coordinate and manage project timelines, resources and budgets to ensure successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional, international teams, including product management and design, to define product requirements and development goals - with the primary goal of establishing, shaping and developing the Krones Line of the Future.

4. Align with management to set and achieve company goals.

5. Implement best practices in software development, including Agile methodologies, continuous integration, and continuous deployment (CI/CD).

6. Guide the team in adopting and integrating new AWS services and .NET technologies to optimize and enhance existing applications.

7. Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.

8. Facilitate communication and collaboration within the team, as well as with external stakeholders, to ensure alignment of goals and expectations.

9. Monitor team performance, provide mentoring and coaching, and identify areas for professional growth and development.

10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in AWS and .NET technologies, and share knowledge with the team.

Your profile

1. You have a degree in computer science or a comparable field.

2. At least 10 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on AWS and .NET technologies.

3. Proven experience in leading and managing software development teams, preferably in Agile environments.

4. Strong knowledge of AWS services, such as IoT, S3, Lambda, SQS and API Gateway.

5. Proficiency in .NET languages and frameworks, such as C#, .NET Core and Entity Framework.

6. Familiarity with modern software development practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, and version control systems (e.g., Git).

7. Solid understanding of Linux operating systems, including command line usage, scripting, and system administration.

8. Proficient in containerization and orchestration technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes, for scalable and efficient application deployment.

9. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

10. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and make effective decisions under pressure.

11. A growth mindset, with a passion for continuous learning and staying current with industry trends and best practices.
