Your mission at Krones.digital: 

  • Collaboration in the creation of machine automation concepts
  • Build Automation solutions for test benches and prototypes
  • Modularization of PLC & HMI programs
  • Writing reusable code by building software libraries and templates
  • Writing tools and programs with development environments (IDE) like Microsoft Visual Studio
  • Writing and maintaining DevOps pipelines (e.g. Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
  • Writing unit an integration tests
  • Supporting the commissioning process for machines and prototypes

What are you bringing to Krones.digital? 

  • Experience in the field of Machine Automation (PLC & HMI)
  • Knowledge of PLC programming languages (IEC-61131)
  • Experience with at least one Automation platforms/environments (e.g. Siemens (TIA), B&R, Rockwell)
  • First experience with HMI systems
  • First experience with object-oriented concepts and languages (e.g. c++, c#, java, phyton)
  • Knowledge about Software version control systems (e.g. Git, SVN, etc.)
  • First experience with simulation software and tools
  • Fluent in the English language
