About the Role: An exciting opportunity for a skilled Manager to join our Shared Services management team at Konplan.
Your tasks:
- Disciplinary management of the group (transport logistics) taking into account costs and efficiency
- Performance assessment at team and employee level
- Close coordination with customers/our partners in parental company Krones AG
- Planning of utilization and use of resources in the group
- Ability to motivate and develop the employees
- Secure of fulfilment of agreed KPIs and regular reports
- Optimization of processes to increase efficiency in the direct area of responsibility
- Implement and maintain logistics management systems and tools to track shipments, monitor performance, and generate reports for management review.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as Procurement, Sales, and Production, to ensure accurate forecasting and planning of transportation needs.
- Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations, including customs clearance procedures, import/export documentation, and licensing requirements.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the technical processes, systems, and policies to streamline operations nad reduce costs
Your profile:
- Preferably successfully completed University technical studies (alternatively Secondary School)
- Several years of relevant professional experience in a comparable position (Production)
- Strong communication skills, result and customer orientation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail
- Very good command of German / English as second language advantage
- Willingness to travel to Germany
