About the Role: An exciting opportunity for a skilled Manager to join our management team at Konplan.
Your tasks:
- Disciplinary management of the group taking into account costs and efficiency
- Performance assessment at team and employee level
- Planning of utilization and use of resources in the group
- Ensuring the competence level in the group, focus on Facility management, Office management, Contract management, Travel arrangements and Fleet management
- Managing outsourced services, such as canteen, cleaning and security agency
- Ability to motivate and develop the employees
- Secure of fulfilment of agreed KPIs and regular reports
- Optimization of processes to increase efficiency in the direct area of responsibility
- Responsible for all activities related to the normal operations of the office building and the branch offices of the company
- Ensuring proper daily operations, plan and execute proper maintenance, support of the employees in all aspects, set up and improvement of processes, Purchasing, contract management and many more
- Planning and monitoring of G&A budget
- Collaboration with all departments to optimize their performance, ensures compliance with the law and company’s policies
- Managing the office management and the facility management team and is responsible that the team fulfills all requirements of the department
Your profile:
- Preferably successfully completed University studies (alternatively Secondary School) in a relevant discipline, or additional qualification (corporate governance)
- Several years of relevant professional experience in a comparable position
- Strong communication skills, result and customer orientation
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Knowledge of Laws, directives, guidelines and standards
- Very good command of English / German
- Willingness to travel to Germany
