About the Role: An exciting opportunity for a skilled Manager to join our Shared Services management team at Konplan.
Your tasks:
- Disciplinary management of the dedicated group taking into account costs and efficiency
- Performance assessment at team and employee level
- Close coordination with customers/our partners in parental company Krones AG
- Planning of utilization and use of resources in the group
- Ability to motivate and develop the employees
- Secure of fulfilment of agreed KPIs and regular reports
- Optimization of processes to increase efficiency in the direct area of responsibility
- Continuously evaluate and improve purchasing processes, systems, and policies to streamline operations and reduce costs
- Collaborate with other departments, such as strategical purchasing, finance, operations, and logistics, to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of purchasing activities

Your profile:
- Preferably successfully completed University studies in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field (alternatively Secondary School)
- Several years of relevant professional experience in a comparable position (Procurement)
- Strong knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and strategies
- Excellent communication skills, result and customer orientation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail
- Proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to thrive in a rapidly changing business environment
- Proficiency in using purchasing software and systems to manage procurement processes effectively (SAP)
- Very good command of German / English as second language advantage
- Willingness to travel to Germany
