About the Role: An exciting opportunity for a skilled Manager to join our Shared Services management team at Konplan.

 

Your tasks:

  • Disciplinary management of the dedicated group taking into account costs and efficiency
  • Performance assessment at team and employee level
  • Close coordination with customers/our partners in parental company Krones AG
  • Planning of utilization and use of resources in the group
  • Ability to motivate and develop the employees
  • Secure of fulfilment of agreed KPIs and regular reports
  • Optimization of processes to increase efficiency in the direct area of responsibility
  • Continuously evaluate and improve purchasing processes, systems, and policies to streamline operations and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as strategical purchasing, finance, operations, and logistics, to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of purchasing activities

Your profile:

  • Preferably successfully completed University studies in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field (alternatively Secondary School)
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in a comparable position (Procurement)
  • Strong knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and strategies
  • Excellent communication skills, result and customer orientation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail
  • Proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to thrive in a rapidly changing business environment
  • Proficiency in using purchasing software and systems to manage procurement processes effectively (SAP)
  • Very good command of German / English as second language advantage
  • Willingness to travel to Germany
